Management and development of works and facilities

VOLCONSA, within its Services Division, has undertaken the design, construction, development and management of various works and facilities that given their geographical location, peculiarities or in-built synergies could not be undertaken by the Construction Works Division.

Some of those projects are:

  • Rehabilitations and land developing works at airports and other infrastructure sites.

  • Building impermeabilization at airport terminals and similar facilities.

  • Perimeter fencing of facility sites.

  • Building construction.

  • Maintenance works and access and road signaling at Shopping Malls.

Given the broad range of services provided by VOLCONSA, it is a common practice for the clients to which we provide these services to also commission us to complete the management and development of construction works that either due to their size or not having been included in the original planning must be undertaken with utmost speed without renouncing quality. Such works are small demolitions or the construction of facilities and give VOLCONSA the opportunity to show our clients that their trust in us is well earned.

Other works undertaken by VOLCONSA SERVICIOS are those infrastructures or facilities that will later require start up procedures and integrated maintenance services. Handling the development and construction works stage positions us ahead of our competitors as we learn on site the integrated maintenance that will be later needed and we can provide.
