Volconsa is positioned in Senegal, particularly in Dakar, because of its great potential for growth and development in construction and infrastructure, and for being one of the member states of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA). Common financial system, adapted to modern requirements, which facilitates the presence of companies in this geographical area.

Volconsa in January 2009 created the subsidiary Volconsa Senegal (VOLCONSA CONSTRUCTION ET DÉVELOPPEMENT DE SERVICES, S.A.R.L. thereby advancing the international expansion strategy and in achieving its objectives, providing robustness to the Volconsa Group project.


In Senegal the areas we are studying and we have already been awarded in some, are mainly road hydraulic infrastructure, construction, services and real estate development, business areas where Volconsa has qualified experience.

The Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade has awarded to Volconsa the works of improvement of the Ministerial Complex of Cuzco in Madrid
