ONAS has awarded to UTE Volconsa/Lopesan/Geaur the works of waste water cleaning in districts of the city of Mbour, in Senegal. The implementation time will be 24 months and a budget of 7.638.225,57 €.

Madrid Gestión S.A. has awarded the construction of 33 houses, 1 apartment, 188 places of garage, 175 storage rooms and the commercial premises in Zamora.  

The works have a budget of 5.959.062, 55€ and an implementation time of 20 months.  

The lot in which the works will take place has an approximated surface of 1,800 m2 and is located within the urban centre of Zamora, between the place of Santa Eulalia, the Oro street and the Escalinata street.  

The intention of the project is building a singular promotion, due to its location, pretty close to the Plaza Mayor, in an especially calm place with great views and directions, and its design and qualities.  

The building will consist of four blocks of three and four plants on grazing that will have entrance by the Santa Eulalia Place and the Perron street. The non occupied zones on grazing will destine to gardens and the zones under grazing for garages and storage rooms. The building will also have the small commercial premises.

Provilsa has awarded to Volconsa works of remodeling of the Valdés Avenue in Ponferrada, Leon. The awarding budget is 1.116.083, 08 € and its implementation time 6 months.

The avenue is located in the urban area. The section that will be remodeled is from the Valdés Avenue, in the junction with the Compostilla Avenue, to the intersection with Fueros de León street. The rest of the Avenue was reformed recently so that it will not be affected by works.

The Valdés Avenue is a wide avenue with a two tracks road in one way, with parkings to both sides in most of its route and very narrow sidewalks.

The works will allow, respecting the parking’s zones, to have a bike lane and the extension of the sidewalks, that will be about three meters width after the works, apart from the section between the Dr. Fleming street and the Camino de Santiago street where they will be a little narrower due to the construction of a second track of circulation of vehicles without parkings.

SOCIETY MUNICIPAL DE APARCAMIENTOS Y SERVICIOS, S.A. has awarded to Volconsa the accomplishment of the control services and verification of the state and operation of the buildings located at different parkings on the streets of Malaga, Carlos Haya, Cervantes, El Palo, San Juan, Salitre, Andalusia and Plaza Cruz de Humilladero.

The delegation of Guadalajara has awarded to Volconsa the execution of the Interpretacion Center of the Traditional Culture of “Posada del Cordón” in Atienza, Guadalajara for the total amount of 837,842, 64€ IVA including within 12 months.

Volconsa has been award with the works cleaning and repair of supplying and plumbing infrastructures of the center in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, that were destroyed during torrential rains that took place in the first trimester of 2010. The works have an amount of 1.225.542, 78€ and an implementation time of 6 months.

The Ministry of Environment of the Junta de Castilla y León has awarded Volconsa the construction of a sewage plant close to the Tera River, near the town of El Puente de Sanabria, in Zamora. The amount of the award is 1,998,053.22 € and an execution period of 18 months.

Public Corporation for the Environment of Castilla y León SA  has awarded Volconsa the execution of works and implementation of water supply of Burgohondo in Avila. The project has a budget of 1.258.250, 78 € and a lead time of 14 months plus another 6 months of exploitation.

The University of Valencia has awarded Volconsa the "Service access information in various units of the University of Valencia, in particular, lots 2 and 5, for a period of 24 months with possible extension for another 24 months.

Segovia City Council awarded  Volconsa the construction of the Building Entrepreneurs C Phase 1 of the Circle of the Arts and Technology (CAT) in Segovia. The project has a budget allocation of 9,000,420.97 €  and an execution  deadline of 15 meses.
